Large Room: suitable for meetings, small exercise groups, young children activity groups (eg: playgroups). Up to 20 people depending on activity.

Small Room: suitable for meetings, craft, small children’s groups. Up to 20 people depending on activity.

Amenities: central kitchen and bathroom facilities between each room.

Outside: covered pergola over paving. Grass yard area. Children’s playground with slippery-dip & sandpit.

Parking and transport: approx. 10 car spaces. Walking distance from bus route.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Typical activities suitable for our facility include variety craft groups for children and adults, exercise groups, varied support groups, and playgroups.

Playschool

Gilmore Community House is one Tuggeranong LINK venue for our very successful and highly regarded Playschool programs for 3 and 4 year-old children. Playschool is licensed by the ACT Government Children's Services and is run by qualified and experienced. Playschool is supported by the very welcome parent and carer helpers..
Staff have first aid training. Classes range in size from 15-25 children.

The program aims to provide a broad range of activities to improve children's basic skills and help prepare them for pre-school. Playschool has excellent facilities both indoor and outdoor to cater for a wide range of interests and stimulate early learning processes.
